What is Writing?
Writing is the representation of concepts or ideas on a surface through symbols or codes designated by the written form of a language.
Writing derives from the Latin scribire, which in turn has an Indo-European root that indicated the action of tracing or scratching.
Writing is an act of communication and a channel through which a message is transmitted to the receiver.
Writing also indicates the composition of a more complex and elaborate message, such as a book, speech, or music.
You can use various writing instruments or tools such as: a computer, a typewriter, a pencil, a pen, or a marker.
Synonyms for writing are: annotate, trace, calligraphy, write, publish. It can be considered antonyms of writing: speaking, shouting, murmuring.
Writing in English translates write or type if typed through a machine.
Typing @ on the keyboard
There are several ways to type @ or at the keyboard depending on the keyboard type. It is recommended to first locate the @ symbol on the keyboard. Then you can use the following commands:
- Ctrl + Alt + key where the @ symbol is located (can be Q or 2), or
- Shift + key where the @ symbol is (can be Q or 2)
